A young man begins his first day at the COI; the man is Jim Pearson. He is receives his first assignment,to find out who/what this club is that is working with Nazi subversives.

Only Jim does know what his is getting into..He soon finds out about a gem..a gem that is pure evil or maybe is just a gem. He must find out the truth about the Black Dahlia. Does it have to do with the Torso Murders or this club?
